Clifford The Carpet Cleaner cleaned our living room carpeting, the stairway, and the hallway upstairs. He did a wonderful, thorough job. Our old carpeting looks new to us! To think I was actually considering tearing my carpet out!! Clifford was highly recommended to me, and so I called the company and set up an appointment. I received a quote right over the phone. He and his wife ARE the business, and they are a great testament to carpet cleaning. I was given details about the process in advance. I’m impressed! It is so nice to have a knowledgeable person cleaning your carpet…one who KNOWS carpet, instead of a company that sends out contractors that are just doing a ‘job’. I’m very pleased with their service, and I will use them again.

It went great! Clifford moved anything that I needed moved. He was very meticulous about his process, and he was gentle with my furniture. He educated me on the kind of carpet that I have, and the dos and don’ts with carpeting. Clifford has the best, most powerful equipment. My living room carpet, stairway, and upstairs hallway look brand new. I can’t believe it! There was no toxic products used, so no awful smell after the process. Clifford put some hard foam pieces under the legs of my furniture to keep them from any moisture. The carpet dried quickly…long before the 24-hour time frame. He did an amazing job, and he is really a wonderful person! I’m so glad that I found Clifford The Carpet Cleaner. This is a person who takes pride and complete ownership of his work. I feel very lucky!

Cliff was on time, efficient, and cleaned up after himself (it was a rainy day, and he couldn’t help but track water in and out). He is personable, and did a fabulous job. I will certainly use him again, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

We needed one large room and carpeted stairs cleaned very last minute as we prepped our house to get it on the market. Before, you could pick out very distinct high traffic areas along the stairs prior to the cleaning. We also have a black lab who had undoubtedly left patches of dog hair all over the place. We were looking for a thorough deep clean at a competitive rate. Clifford’s all organic products were an added benefit.We are very pleased with Cliff’s service! He arrived early, kept the appointment to a minimum and left us with the carpets looking clean and refreshed.

If there were a rating higher than “A” I would give it. This is hands down the BEST service experience I have ever received from any home-service company. Elizabeth, who answers the phone and books the service, provided an amazingly detailed explanation of how they work and what to look for in soliciting bids from other companies. They were incredibly flexible scheduling my appointment, as I had a specific date and time I needed to hit in order to coordinate closings on two homes. I have never experienced such responsiveness, timeliness or responsibility from a company doing home services! The cleaning was thorough and effective. Clifford called while on his way, got here on time and explained what he was doing, and why, as he worked. He was fast but didn’t skip over anything. He answered my questions politely and even shared photos of his dogs. I will use Clifford for ALL future carpet and upholstery needs and suggest that others do too.

When I called initially, the receptionist was friendly, well-informed, and helpful. She addressed my concerns about the cleaning materials, smell, etc., and was able to give me a price over the phone (based on room measurements).
Clifford arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time, and finished the job in a few hours. There was no smell at all, and everything was dry within 12 hours (although we were able to walk on it sooner). He made very worn, downright filthy carpet look decent again.

He was just fantastic. He got here at 9 O’clock in the morning and finished up at 4 O’clock in the afternoon. He did not even take his lunch break until I insisted and made him a sandwich. He did all the work at a very reasonable price. I would use him forever because his quality of work and price is very good. He is very, very thorough and did a phenomenal job of removing spots from the carpets.

I hired a carpet cleaner over the phone because of an advertised special. When they came out to clean the carpet they tried to give me the bait and switch. Fortunately my son intervened and they got in their truck and drove away.
